Here to discuss the merits and ability scores for an upcoming PbP Purified character.
Story: He's a Southern Gentleman, a cross between Dorian Grey and Alan Quartermane from League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Born the son of a wealthy plantation owner and a rich widow of a Shipwright, he learned the secret to immortality from a "young" slave girl, who was in actuality over 300 years old. Preforming the ritual, he soon acquired his father's plantation, and thus inheriting his family's vast wealth. Over the centuries, he's been a Railroad Baron, a Plantation owner, a Mill Owner, and now he is the owner of a Major corporation, buying and selling information on the black market to the highest bidder. Shrewd and Debonair, he is as sharp with his tongue as he is with a computer, and a decent shot in his own right, carrying a modified carbon fiber Glock 32 with a custom Desert Eagle-style upper receiver and ivory pistol grips that chambers .45 ACP rounds.
Goals:
1. To be a suave & shrewd playboy who can throw down in a pinch.
2. Skills to be a Jack of All Trades and be able to both talk his way out of a bad situation, but when metal meets meat, he can get out of trouble
3. Playboy Merits. His merits should show his age and wealth, like an Immortal Bruce Wayne, minus the Vigilante. Retainer, Resources, Chi, and Striking Looks are near the top of my list of necessary merits.
Necessary Info:
1. He gets 10 Merit Points instead of the normal 7, and 6 extra skill points to be spent anywhere
2. I get 40 XP to spend on whatever is necessary
