As the title says, what is the best use of the Dirgesinger PrC, preferably that later advances casting through Sublime Chord to get 9ths by 20th Level.

As the title says, what is the best use of the Dirgesinger PrC, preferably that later advances casting through Sublime Chord to get 9ths by 20th Level.

Wizard 5/bard 1/dirgesinger 5/Sublime Chord 9 is the only build I can think of that'll get you all five levels of Dirgesinger and ninth-level Sublime Chord spells without early-entry shenanigans. If you use something like Earth Spell nonsense to get third-level spells before Wiz5 you could get all 10 levels of Sublime Chord in there.

I don't think it's a great idea but hey, it's what you asked for.
