Any spell with a non-instantaneous duration doesn't end until dispelled on a spell that's timeless with regards to magic. Manual of the Planes mentions such planes are possible in its description of the timeless trait (page 10). However, no timeless planes in the book are described as timeless with regards to magic, are there any of them out there in other books?
