All the CR 20 Outsiders, from Balors to Void Oni and all that jazz? Considering that is the upper limit for most of the leaders of such races (poor Proteans), it seems like there should be some sort of term that covers them all.

Not that I know of. Balors are big, tough, general level demons, but they aren't anywhere near the level of a demon prince or the like.
