[3.5] Other than Dragon Slayer?

I asked this in the Q&A, but it might be better in its own thread: apart from Dragon Slayer, is there any other 1 level PrC dip that advances spellcasting (by +1 level of existing class) AND gives full martial weapon proficiency?

3.0 PrCs that weren't updated to 3.5 are acceptable.

It can be done by the Militia or Otherworldly feats, or being a giant or outsider, but I'm specifically looking for a PrC.

Both Radiant Servant of Pelor and Seeker of the Misty Isle give you proficiency in all martial weapons and advance spellcasting for a one-level dip.

Any Outsider creature type (+0 LA Aasimar or Tiefling (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040213a)) gives you proficiency in all martial weapons as a racial trait (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#outsiderType). You can wait forever to (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20030824a) spend a level on the +1 LA and other abilities for either of those.

An Elf with the feat Otherworldly (PGtF) also gets the Outsider creature type, and with that proficiency in all martial weapons.

The feat Militia (PGtF) gives you proficiency in all martial weapons.

Thanks all. I was aware of the Outsider (and Giant) type granting full MWP, as well as the feats mentioned in my OP, but not what I need in this case, thanks.

Yet another reason RSoP is close to the "ultimate" Cleric PrC.

Spellsword requires full MWP, but does not grant it. Abjurant Champion does not grant full MWP either?
