reduce elemental vulnerability on Draconomicon???

In the sample white dragons in draconomicon, there is a 1st lvl spell called "reduce elemental vulnerability" but I cant find it in the spells section. Anyone knows in which book I can find the spell??

It seems that the spell was originally intended for Draconomicon but was cut at a late stage, after it had been used in the sample blocks, and those are just references that weren't noticed. The short of it: there is no such spell. (This site (http://www.imarvintpa.com/dndLive/FindSpell.php) can't find it either.) If you're using those stat blocks for a monster, just pick an appropriate spell of the same level to replace it with.
