A friend of mine is wondering if it would be possible to use major creation to make a giant block of stone over someones head, and let it fall. possible?

"A creature or object brought into being or transported to your location by a conjuration spell cannot appear inside another creature or object, nor can it appear floating in an empty space. It must arrive in an open location on a surface capable of supporting it."

Besides, even if this weren't the case, the spell takes 10 minutes to cast. The victim could finish their tea or whatever and walk away before you were done. Or stab you.

There are ALREADY spells in D&D that do that, though... Deadfall or Hail of Stone, both in Spell Compendium? And if we want to do the 'conjuring heavy things to fall on people' thing, there are several Avalanche or Landslide spells...

Heh heh heh, this brings back fond memories of our group spending hours discussing how to use our folding boat as a weapon
