Not 100% sure what you mean by "class specific" - you mean spells that only appear on the list of one class, or spells that provide a specific benefit to members of certain classes?

Psionics doesn't really have any since they can look at each other's homework.

For Wu Jen, I love the idea of Decapitating Scarf, Transcend Mortality and Body Outside Body.

Hound of Doom in Complete Warrior, from the Hexblade list. It's especially good for a high-BAB, high-Cha character via an Eternal Wand.

Bless

Many a battle has my party won because the cleric had cast Bless.

I mean spells that are avaliable(by the printing of the spell) to one class. Glibness works as well because it's avaliable only to bard 3; though other classes say, "Ehh... yea we'd like that one so it'll be on our spell lists too." I'm looking straight at you beguiler. :)

Helping Hand
Evocation
Level: Clr 3
Components: V, S, DF
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: 5 miles
Effect: Ghostly hand
Duration: 1 hour/level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

I like rusting grasp. :)

Wings of Cover, anyone?

Wings of flurry is nice too, but yeah, cover rocks. No line-of-effect for you!

The awesomely powerful Arcane Spellsurge and (Greater) Arcane Fusion definitely qualify from the Sorcerer list.

Giant Size is hilariously fun from Wu-Jen.

Some of the Paladin spells from SpC are quite nice.

Evasion, Mettle, And anything that grants stat modifiers to AC.
Rogue2,
Hexblade3
Monk1 (Martial Artist Archtype)
BattleDancer1,
Unarmored Swordsage2
Fist of the Forest?

All saves are All or Nothing.
Int to AC from Kung Fu Genius.
Charisma to AC from Battle Dancer.
Wisdom to AC from Swordsage.
Constitution to AC from FotF.

And maybe Vow of Poverty while we're at it. Sure, the character is a mess of sub-op non-synergies, but all it's lacking for purposes of amusement is a boombox pumping out "Can't Touch This."
