New Cleric with new Player.

Hello All I am new. New too the site, too D&D (played one campaign as a monk) and too The Cleric Class. I have done all my rolling for stats but i am stuck on making Feats. I am playing a CE-Cleric for 3.5e.

Do you all have any suggestions for some good Level 1 Feats?

Welcome to the playground^^

For a 3.5 cleric I advice:

Spellcasting Prodigy (giving you +2 to your caster stat for Spells and Spell like abilities ONLY)
Improved Initiative (Cause the faster you are at your turn the faster the enemy lies in his own blood)


The typical cheese for clerics is:
Persist Spell
Divine Metamagic (Persist Spell)
+ Either Nightsticks (gives you turn attempts) or Extra Turning.

What do you want to do with your Cleric? Clerics can basically fill any role, after all.
