I backed the Kickstarter for $70, but for some reason it says that I'm not a backer. I have a receipt for the order, and it wen through on Amazon payments, so I'm thinking that this is probably something similar to what happened to Rich (when he was unable to post comments). Should I just wait it out or is there something I should do?

Are you logged into your Kickstarter account? If so, you should see something like this:

That is the "You're a Backer" badge.

If not, try logging into Kickstarter and see what happens.

If you are logged in but having problems try:
Logging out then back in
and/or
Logging out, closeing the browser, reopening KickStarter and logging in
and/or
Logging out, shutting the computer down, boot back up, then try logging in

past that we get to; deleting cookies, deleting history, defraging hard drive, throwing computer out window, borrowing sledgehammer, mixing up some Thermite...

message KickStarter about the problem. You might want to try this earlier (say step 3)

What Skavensrule said. Also, if you notice neutrinos traveling faster than the speed of light, check your cables.

Maybe it's emanating from a highly localized disturbance in the space-time continuum?

Also, try relogging

And when you've (re-)logged in, you might want to check this page and see what it says: https://www.kickstarter.com/profile/transactions

If it says "Collected" under the Pledge Status column, you're golden.

That's a very handy link, thanks!

I'm golden!
