NPC Build

I know several of these have popped up lately, and well now I'm asking for assistance as well.

Now a list of things about the NPC so you have an idea of what I'm looking for.

-Elected leader of a dictatorship.
-Highly trained in the military of his nation
-Melee based
-Strong and also resourceful, smart.
-If the guy was a made like a cocktail, he should be: 1 part Shaka Zulu, 1 part William Wallace, 2 parts Hannibal, 2 parts Alexander the Great and 4 parts Genghis Khan.

Mechanically
-Gestalt
-I want the guy to be able to withstand a good fight.
-The guy can have casting, and/or limited casting, but should focus on melee.
-Classes I've thought about using in no particular order: Warblade, Barbarian, Totemist, War-Marked, Marshal, Lix's Fighter Fixes.
-Note, I really don't care for him to be mounted combat based.

So does anyone have any ideas.

Either a Warblade or Crusader focused on mostly White Raven should work pretty well so long as he has some back up to make use of his maneuvers.
