[PF] Spring attack builds

Most of the time that I have seen spring attack builds are very sub par but when looking at the panther style in pathfinder I am intrigued and would like to make a spring attack character, monk would be preferred but if another class does it better I am all for looking at something else. Paizo official materials only please.
