Planar Cohort HD and ECL

5th level of Thaumaturgist PrC allows my character to get planar cohort. Description says that this planar cohort:

Can't have more HD then my character
Can't have ECL higher than my character's level-2


My character is human (so no LA). I wonder are there any outsiders (or elementals) with negative LA (so I could get cohort with as much HD as my character and meet ECL requirement)?

Not really. Only thing I can think of with negative LA is Incarnate Construct, which is all kinds of fun.
