7th Sea Glamour Question

The Crystalkeep sorcerery compendium includes a phrase claiming that having a trait with more than 5 ranks in it means you can learn an additional glamor knack of that trait.

This seems...awesome and totally justifiable. However, I can't find out where the rule is from. Can't find it in the glamor section of the phb(which has only the base 1ea cap) or the glamor section of the avalon book(which repeats the same restriction). Any help?

I cannot recall reading that anywhere, as you said, it's defiantly not in the Avalon book or the core rulebook. A quick look through Sidhe book doesn't seem to have it(given I have never read it all the way through)
