Is there a handbook of sorts that lists all the ways to get extra bonus feats? I have a character that could use lots of feats, and flaws are completely out. He's using several feats for prereqs, but needs other feats to actually be functional, and I'm not sure how many ways there are to actually get more feats.

So far, I know about:

Core -- Basic HD-based feats (1/3/6/9/etc)
Unearthed Arcana -- Character flaws
PHB/Varies -- Racial bonus feats (flexible ones such as human and strongheart halfling, and static ones such as the elf's and kobold's Weapon Proficiencies)
PHB/Varies -- Flexible class-based bonus feats (fighter/psychic warrior/wizard/psion/feat rogue)
PHB/Varies -- Static class feats (monk/ranger/etc)
Elder Evils -- Worshiping an elder evil (must be Evil)
Complete Scoundrel -- Magical locations

Any others that you can think of that are relatively easy to get?

[edit] Oh, and:

XPH -- Using the Feat Leech psionic power to drain followers/psicrystals/party members/enemies of feats, as well. Almost forgot.

[Domain] Devotion feats can be gotten for free by exchanging the regular Domain Benefits when you choose a Cleric level.

For example, a one-level dip in Cloistered Cleric could get you Knowledge Devotion and up to two other Devotion feats for free (Travel Devotion!), although you won't be able to use your Domain slot if you trade in all three.

Particular interest; 12 Cha and a level of Cloistered Cleric gets you Knowledge Devotion and 3 minutes of Travel Devotion per day.

Check the lists of stuff (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19871954/Lists_of_Stuff).

Check the lists of stuff (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19871954/Lists_of_Stuff).Ooh. Thanks.

Who ever thought a random list of random lists of random stuff would come in so randomly handy?

[edit] For some reason it defaulted to WoP's post, rather than Voyager_I's. Thanks for yours too, V_I.

Hmm. The lists of stuff only include classes that grant bonus feats. Nothing like flaws or magical locations (though I did see ONE and only ONE magical location on there, for a metamagic feat).

Anyone got anything else?

Anyone got anything else?
Cast 2nd level spell Heroics (SpC) to temporarily gain a Fighter Bonus feat.

Cast Mirror Move (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/sb/sb20000901a) to temporarily gain one of several different core feats.

Polymorph into a monster to gain its racial Bonus Feats. For example, polymorph into a Naga (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/naga.htm#guardianNaga) to gain Eschew Materials, which may be useful if your spell component pouch got sundered and you don't have a backup.

Special locations (such as Otyugh Hole and Frog God's Fane) permanently grant specific bonus feats.

Last summer Person_Man started a thread about how to get bonus feats. Here's the link (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=206315). Hope this helps.

Elder Evils -- Worshiping an elder evil (must be Evil)
The requirement is actually aiding/serving an Elder Evil. So prayers don't count; actions are necessary.

Play as an elf.
Cast "Embrace the dark chaos" then "Shun the dark chaos"
Trade your feats for vile, then trade your vile feats for regular.
Elf has 6 weapon proficiency feats to trade.

Elf has 6 weapon proficiency feats to trade.
That's 4 racial granted feats, not 6.
Weapon Proficiency: Elves receive the Martial Weapon Proficiency feats for the longsword, rapier, longbow (including composite longbow), and shortbow (including composite shortbow) as bonus feats.
For purposes of weapon proficiency and similar feats, a composite longbow is treated as if it were a longbow.
For purposes of weapon proficiency and similar feats, a composite shortbow is treated as if it were a shortbow.

Are you a melee or Caster? If melee Psychic Warrior 2 / Fighter 2 is useful but if caster you are almost completely boned.
Also buying Iron Will and then Chaos Shuffling it away can be done. Others can inform you if you have questions, I know it exists but not the nitty gritty.

Does Martial Weapon proficiency count as one feat per weapon then? If so, play with one level of fighter and cheese away!

So it is...
Still, 4 feats is nothing to sneeze at.

Nah, fighter gets "Proficiency with all martial weapons"
Dwarf, gnome, orc get "treat racial exotic weapon as a martial weapon," which isn't a feat either.
Elf gets a bunch of martial weapon proficiency feats.
Some early character builder programs might have listed it the way you want, but that's just a programming/formatting issue.

Granted they only get TWO bonus feats, but they also get all the awesome that comes with being a kobold.

And, in fact, that's exactly what I'm doing.

I didn't see anyone mention grafts. Check out this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=190350) thread. Great resource.
