Let's say I'm a Monk 5 having vow of poverty feat, then I take a level of Kensai and enchant my fists to a +1 magic weapon: Does Vow of poverty ceases to work on this scenario?

How about a Soulknife?

Nope. Its not an actual material weapon, it has no value. It would NOT stack, however, with the enhancement bonus normally granted by VoP.
