And by "space station", I mean a sci-fi space colony, not some "technically a space station" Autocthonian Magitech. There's Magitech aboard the colony, but it's not Autocthonian, and it's based around manipulating real-world laws of physics.

Basically, a primary antagonist faction for my Modern, Post-Apocalyptic fanfic/setting for Exalted (with the "antagonist" part being left out if the chronicle players agree with them) are the Myrmdiones, the crew of the UNSS Achilles, a Pre-Mamelu (who in the fiction, lost control and became a Greater Elemental Dragon of Water with attendant violent insanity) Awakening Mandala-Class Space Colony meant to research ways to survive a hypothetical Global Extinction event and then terraform Earth afterwards. After Ol' Mythological Eclipse Cause drowned the world and an ill-advised attempt to contain him sealed away the living Essence of everything, it proceeded to show a successful test of it's design principles and floated in the Kuiper Belt for two hundred years before going back to a revitalized Earth.

The thing is, it's command staff are, in fact, a Perfect Coven of Green Sun Princes, due to the fact the UN didn't take the threat of the Apocalypse seriously and mainly wanted their green-anima'd employees out of the way of the important people. Needless to say, they're a bit bitter about the whole thing and now want to be the heroes who guide humanity to a new golden age to prove they, not Solars, are the ideal Lawgivers. Well, actually they want to save whats left from the released Deathlords, but are driven partly by vindication over the fact that their "doomsaying" was right all along. It's why they hate Celestials, which they think of as undeserving of the faith and trust people put in them (after all, the world would have listened if it was a gold or silver anima who said they were racing towards Armageddon), whereas they know what it's like to be weak and helpless, and then have that humble perspective inform their leadership-they genuinely think they're better for the job.

They are, of course, Renegades, but feel an incredible sense of obligation and brotherhood towards demons, and want to build a society where humans and free demons can live as equal as they have the capacity to be, and have tried to do much the same with the Myrmdiones. The humans and demons aboard the station have long interbred, to the point where the average citizen/crewmember (that isn't a pureblood demon) has as much in common with particularly independent and unique First Circle Devas as Awakened Humans.

So, what I'm asking is:

How do you see a space colony ordered by a group of Rebel Infernals who want a mortal society built upon symbiosis between humans and demons looking like? How does their social class system work, and how different is it from the Descending Hierarchy (many citizens are demons who wanted away from that, remember), particularly after you factor in the Station Gods in the mix? How does the fact they they are going to one day fight the Deathlords for the sake of humanity factor into their culture?
