I know that in a issue of dragon magazine there is a feat that lets you get two skills as class skills, but I forget it's name and the mag it comes from, could somebody please tell me the feat's name and source as it is important for a character build in an upcoming PBP game.

There is nothing that general that I know of.

Are you thinking of the Apprentice feats from DMG2?

Not sure what those are, but I am also not sure if this was a dragon mag feat or not. All I know is that it allowed you to choose any two skills and make them a class skill for you, and I also think it gave you a +2 bonus to each of those skills, but I am not 100% sure on that last part since the +2 bonus could have been if you already had the skills as class skills.(All I remember is a +2 bonus being involved, somehow..)

What I am mainly looking to do is get bluff as a class skill for a wizard who is not an enchantment specialist(So no social proficiency ACF.) WITHOUT losing a caster level(so Human Paragon is out.).

EDIT: Found the feat; It's called Versatile and it's from D20 Rokugan.

Flexible Mind [Anarchic]. Pick two skills to gain a +1 bonus in, they become class skills forever. The [Anarchic] tag is exactly like [Vile] or [Exalted] but for agents of extreme chaos.

It's from Dragon 326 IIRC.

#326, yup. Note that you need to have ranks in them to pick them.

The cosmopolitan feat does it. I think it is in Unearthed Arcana.

I do know for a fact that is a feat in Unearth Arcana that allows it.

Cosmopolitan gave pretty the same benefit as Flexible Mind to one skill when Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting came out. It was updated into uselessness in Player's Guide to Faerun and no longer grants new skills.

Skill Knowledge from Unearthed Arcana was introduced as part of an alternate skill system, so it's technically not applicable even though it works fine as part of a regular game.

So basically if you want it in a feat, there's a reason for any of them to not be allowed. Only Flexible Mind is actually legal 'by default' for whatever that's worth for Dragon content at your table.

Aerenei Elves in Eberron get a feat that lets them add any one skill as a class skill.

There are also many soulmelds that let you use skills untrained and grant you a bonus.

Certain skills have other methods - e.g. Education/Knowledge Devotion for any Knowledge skill.

Yoink! Borrowing this for my psyrogue handbook.
