Charm Person save bonus

Just a quick question...

I was reading the other day and I stumbled upon a... feat...or was it an ACF..or maybe... well the thing is I can't remember what it was, but it stated that when you have it and you are in combat with someone and youCharm Person him, your target doesn't get the +5 bonus to his save.

So, any idea what it might be???

I'm AFB at the moment, but I believe that might be one of the Wiz ACF's from either PHB2 or UA.

Just remember that Charm Person is quite limited. The target considers you a trusted friend and ally. Yes, and? That doesn't change the fact that all his guard buddies are there, as well as his captain, and that he knows that if he tries to help you he'll be fired and he won't be able to afford food and nice things for his family.

At times the spell is great, but in combat, it doesn't always work like you want it to. Some people in some situations will attack you even if they feel terrible about hurting their friends.
