d20 Modern Help

I plan on playing a wisdom centric character for a d20 modern campaign. I own the core book, the weapons locker, urban arcana and future. Everything in the core book is allowed, anything else is unsure. I do plan to ask if I can use a variation on the Zen Archery feat to use wisdom instead of dexterity for ranged weapons.

How should I prioritize ability point distribution?
What class(es)/skills/feats/special abilities should I take?
What equipment should I invest in?

The answer to a lot of these questions depends on what you want to do. Pick up a level of Fast hero soon (for Defence +3 and Evasion) whatever you do. I know of no feat that grants wis to-hit.
Wisdom will be important, obviously. Dexterity is also really important, as it's pretty much the battle stat in Modern. Constitution keeps you alive, as it's your damage threshold as well as your HP booster.
