So, I saw the Lorax yesterday and was inspired to make a NG-CN(NE) Bard who is just going to buy absolutely everything. I was wondering what if any Archetypes should I use, and if there were any More Evil Aligned (or at least non-good) Bard Prestige Classes floating around.

Upon looking around I think a Battle Herald (Bard/Cavalier Prestige Class)
Although it doesn't advance Challenge.

Not many prestige classes in Pathfinder, but there is an archetype that might fit http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/dirge-bard .

The Sandman archetype feels more evil than your standard bard as well, http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/sandman

The demagogue looks interesting http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/demagogue

finally the Chelish Diva, perhaps not evil in and of itself, but Cheliax is ruled by devils http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/chelish-diva

The Archetypes for Bards in Pathfinder, while fun and full of flavor, almost universally trade down in terms of power (something to consider if you're building a villian, be it an NPC or PC).

Specifically if you're trading out Inspire Courage (which many do) you need to compensate with something at least equally awesome (which none of them do).

That said, I found the Bard to be very capable right out of the book with no Archetypes or PrC's needed. They really can make fantastic villains.

The BBEG in Curse of the Crimson Throne (technically written for 3.5 but set in the now Pathfinder world of Golarion) was in fact a Bard.

I don't see any rules for haggling or barter... Hmm. Might make your greedy aspirations more difficult to pull off.

Edit: HOWEVER

Babble-Peddler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/babble-peddler-general) allows you to sell a worthless item for something valuable the target is holding, and Power of Suggestion (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/equipment-traits/power-of-suggestion) allows you to trick people by making them believe an object you hold is a different object than it really is. Combine these two together and you suddenly have a very tricky gnome to deal with.
