Do these three spells stack in pathfinder?
What about 3.5?
Would you roll for each or say if you had all three on you they would add up?

No. Only the highest miss chance applies, unless specifically stated that it stacks with other miss chance effects.

For reference, here is the quote:
If a creature receives miss chances from multiple sources, such as from being incorporeal and having concealment, only the highest miss chance applies.

That's interesting. Is there some way around that? Because I'm quite sure I've seen the party Ruleslawyer/caster get away with rolling several miss chances.

If it isn't a Miss Chance, it still counts. So things like Mirror Image gives you a chance of every attack hitting an image rather than the real person. On top of any miss chance which he might possess.

Don't play with the Rules Compendium.
Before that, only concealment types didn't stack.
