I've made homebrew, but never really finished it. This time, I'll try and not stop so I can compile my campaign details for when I'm DMing, or even playing. The words used are old english mixed with norse, because I'm learning old english and not norse. This campaign setting is essentially all about the war between earth wyrms, or linnorms (Eoršdraca), the sky wyrms, or dragons (Lyftfloga), and the giants (Eoten, good giants are Ents), and how this effects the ordinary humanoids who are used as pawns while at the same time focusing on the conflict between different (holds? clans? halls?) as well as the slow remergence of magic, which has been lost for many years.

Many worlds in the planes, there are.
Many peoples in the worlds, there are.
But when war comes only one side shall survive.
This is a tale of warriors, a saga of ęsctķr (glory in battle), a tale of land gained and treasures lost, a saga of bealucwealm (violent death). This is a tale of war, and it is our story.

Requests and Notes to Self
Does anyone know where I can find linnorm stats and which dragon magazine their 3.5 ecology is in?
Found in 3.5 mm 2, need linnorm statistics for pathfinder and the ecology

Classes
Barbarian: Yes
Barbarian will be the most common PC class among NPCs of Dracabeoršor, as this campaign setting is based off Norse and Celtic traditions with a bit from Lands of the Linnorm Kings.
Archetypes:
Mounted Fury: The proud rędehere of the Urfrendh clans (the raiders of the northen hills, cousins to the Bridhbagnh sea raiders, see Nations and Cultures) are almost all mounted furies. The proud tradition of the rędehere began many years ago, before the Blight Wars, when Urfrendh Giantbane's grandson, Rajhan, was banished for the breaking of a law (tales differ on which law he broke) and forbidden from joining the ęcshergiung (traditional axe raids).
To be finished

A few starter comments:

Is this(primaraly) for Pathfinder?

What seperated the Linnorms from true dragons? Were they the "worms" wiggling in some Giant corpse and the Dragons the result of the gods shaping them?

On that note, what of the gods? Are they existant? After all, a Frost Giant worshiping Thor would be strange, along with a Dragon worshiping some Linnorm and such. Speaking of that, considering that Linnorms tend to be heavy hitters on the scale, could they be ruled by a pack of semi-divine linnorms overseen by the Corpse-Eater himself? Here (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/unique-monsters/cr-24/fafnheir) are some example states for one such creature. If the idea is used.

On that note, how are dragons handled? Any split between the race, or is it all rather mixed?

Will explain all in history (which includes some mythology), but no, yes, no, yes. Dragons will be split by alignment, but they are easily willing to work together for the greater good of dragonkind. Linnorms will be similarily split, but with only one species of good linnorm. also, on a side note, I'll be including my versions of the sea serpents from Dragon Magazine. The humans will have their own Norsified version of the Celtic gods (Lugh, Morrigan, etc), the giants their own versions of the Norse gods. Not sure about other pantheons, but there is no gnomes. However, there are two kinds of dwarves, three kinds of elf, and no halflings. However, there are orcs and goliaths (servitors of giants), variant teiflings (servitors of linnorms) and some kind of dragon servitor which will be decided upon later.

Dragon Magazine 182 and 183.

Also Dragon magazine 90 has an article (Aesirhamer) that might be of interest on page 43 http://dnd.ezael.net/~olep/Drmg090.pdf
