While we're gushing, I started to think last year after an archive crawl that OotS, once it gets going, may be one of the most consistently well written things I've read (or for my tastes rather). Most things I like have parts that annoy me or that I just don't care for, or go downhill/descend into insanity/fail to deliver, but I couldn't find any such thing.

The only other thing I can think of that I feel this way about is the Red vs Blue 'Recollections' trilogy (series 6-8)

I'm with you! I recommend this to nearly everyone I know. The only issue I ever have is sometimes people object to the language, but that's about it. It doesn't really bother me.
And yes, I'm loving the direction the strip has taken lately. Oh yes. :smallsmile:

Object to the language? It's not particularly strong, especially not in the early strips.
