I believe this issue has come up before, but I'm not sure what the resolution was, and I think the thread has long since died.
Post #12853767 (one of mine) seems to have glitched. I can see it in the thread recap (from clicking 'reply'), and it's noted as the last post in the thread, but I can't see it in the normal thread view, even after bypassing the browser cache.
I can also get to the report form by copy-pasting the post number, but I imagine that using it on a post that appears to have glitched would be a bad idea.
EDIT: It appears to have been fixed/resolved itself while I was typing this post. Sorry about the false alarm.
