DC on reflex saves and such

Hi guys,

More stupid, newbie questions: How do you find out what the dc on a reflex save is, if the spell in question doesn't make specific mention of it, e.g. Aqueous Orb?

Typically, it's (Spell level+Caster's key ability mod+10). So, assuming a Wizard with 18 int, that would be DC 17.
