Shield Spell and Parrying Shield

Does the Parrying Shield feat add the shield bonus from the shield spell to your touch AC? I'm thinking of an Abjurant Champion build that aims for super high AC/FF/T and miss chance to become imposible to hit.

Yes, you would. The Shield spell gives you a Shield bonus to AC, and Parrying Shield applies your current Shield bonus to your touch AC, regardless of its source.
