I do not find Thing in the Shadow offensive but rather nice. As for the monster, it should stay MitD.

I mean, "official", like you have any rights to how the MitD is called. And all for the sake of a moronic joke. Besides, if it's strip 833 all you have to back your claim then it's automatically countered by strip 828, that came before.

If anyone has the right to say how the MitD should be called that's Rich and no one else. And since he hasn't bothered to do that in the many years that the comic has been up I guess that it stays as Monster in the Darkness.

What will be next? Deciding what Xykon was named before he named himself like that and say that "it's the official name"? Come on.

I prefer better "If It Is A Joke Then The Official Part Of The Name Makes The Thread Confusing" or "It Is Still A Moronic Joke And Not Funny At All".

And I love how stating my opinion is me being agressive. You see, not everyone has to find the jokes funny, and just because I didn't and said that it's moronic I'm not being agressive. I just stated my points about why an "official name change" thread makes absolutely no sense at all. Don't feel attacked because in no way I attacked anyone here.
