Low level spell that adds to ranged attack rolls

I'm looking for a low level spell that adds a bonus to ranged attack rolls. While I'd prefer it didn't add to melee attack rolls, it's probably fine if it does. This is for a homebrew item prerequisite, not optimization, so the spell doesn't have to be good, just fit the criteria. I'd prefer not to use true strike if I can find a better option.

In the spell compendium, there is targeting ray. You have to hit them with a ray first, but it gives +1/3 level attack bonus on ranged attack rolls for 1 round/level. Level 1 spell. It also boosts your allies accuracy as well.

Guiding light (http://dndtools.eu/spells/miniatures-handbook--75/guiding-light--1971/) gives bonus to ranged attacks at creatures in area.

Instant of Power (Forge of War, Brd/Dru/Rgr 1) would probably work. Immediate action, +4 enhancement bonus on an ally's next attack, save, or damage roll.
