I feel that the cavalier and the gunslinger are just pigeonholed fighters and it would be better to have feats that mimic their mechanics, rather than to have them as classes.

So here are some attempts at doing that, please PEACH

Tactician
Prerequisistes: Int 13, Cha 13
As a full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity, you may
grand the use of one teamwork feat that you currently have to one ally
within 30 ft. That ally is treated as having that feat for 10 rounds. If
your character level is 10 or more, this duration is 15 rounds instead.

Improved Tactician
Prerequisistes: Int 13, Cha 13, tactician
When using the tactician feat, you can affect all allies within 30 ft.
You can decline to affect certain allies, if you chose to.

Drill Instructor
Prerequisistes: Int 13, Cha 13, tactician
You can spend 10 minutes in intense rehearsal with one ally to grant
them the use of one teamwork feat you currently have for 8 hours. If you
lose access to that teamwork feat or if you use the tactician feat to
grant them the use of another feat, they lose the benefit granted by this
feat. Only one ally can benefit in this way at one time. You can take
this feat up to two times. If you take it twice, you can affect two
allies with it at once.

Tactical Flexibility
Prerequisistes: one or more teamwork feats
Pick one of your teamwork feats. As a full-round action, you can
replace that feat with any other teamwork feat that you qualify for.

Powerful Mount
Prerequisites: Ride 3 ranks, Cha 13
You gain an animal companion like a druid. This animal companion must be
suitable as a mount for a character of your size and cannot have a fly
speed. Treat you effective druid level as you character level -3 and you
cannot have a effective druid level greater than 7.

Improved Powerful Mount
Prerequisites: Ride 7 ranks, Cha 13, powerful mount
Your effective druid level regarding the animal companion you gained
from the powerful mount feat can be up to 14.

Greater Powerful Mount
Prerequisites: Ride 7 ranks, Cha 13, improved powerful mount, powerful mount
Your effective druid level regarding the animal companion you gained
from the powerful mount feat can be up to 20.

Challenge
Prerequisites: fighter level 4
Once per day, you can challenge one single opponent. You get a damage
bonus equal to your character level against that opponent. This effect
lasts until the target of your challenge is defeated or you attack
another target, whichever happens first. While your challenge is in
effect, you suffer a -2 penalty to AC against all targets other than the
target of your challenge.

If you want these to be applicable to Fighters, you probably want to make them all Combat feats.

Also note that Gunslingers were an Alternate Class of Fighters, so you can check out the Playtest version to see how well that worked. Personally, I like the current version better for the most part, though some deeds aren't as good as they used to be.

Finally, I think your take requires way too many feats, especially the mount. It doesn't help TWFers or Vital Strike chain to be required to take feats incrementally increase their use and keep them relevant, this feeds into the same problems, especially if you want to be actually good at either branch, since the Tactician side requires you to pick up Teamwork feats on top of them and the Mount side generally requires you pick up Mounted Combat feats, leaving you entirely behind everybody else. Archetypes would be a better method, for which there are already two archetypes that do that Fighters, the Dragoon and the Tactician. The Dragoon and the Roughrider don't provide a mount, so perhaps you'd want to boost them, replace armor proficiencies or something.
