Quick rules question. Would a Lich's paralyzing Touch attack work with a touch spell? Such as shivering touch? As in could the Lich cast shivering touch and then the target needs to make a fort save vs paralysis.

What about if its a dread necromancer lich. Would it's charnel touch and paralyzing touch apply if the DN used shivering touch?

Supernatural Abilities (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#supernaturalAbilities) require a separate standard action to activate and deliver. You would have to cast your touch spell Quickened, and then use your standard action to activate your supernatural touch, in order to deliver both one the same attack.

If the touch spell can be held until you deliver it, that would also work out just fine, IIRC.

Typically you'll use the same rules as when you decide you want to deliver the spell via an Unarmed Strike or a natural weapon- you have to hold the charge on the spell and then deliver it along with the special touch later. This is because things like the Lich's touch and the Dread Necro's touches are typically distinct abilities and actions of their own; while they do involve touching somebody, you have to use a standard action to activate them. The bonus attack granted by casting a touch spell isn't enough- that's just a attack touch that carries the spell, not a use of Paralyzing Touch or whatever.

If you have some ability that is an always-on rider effect on a touch and not a special power of its own (Touch of Golden Ice is the one that comes to mind first for me), then that ability will also apply when you make the touch as part of the spellcasting.
