I was looking to make a game where the players are agents working for a warehouse, collecting dangerous magical artifacts. I needed some help making some artifacts, I want them to have a really weak positive effect or a cool positive effect, and a negative as well, and the cursed item charts were not really working for me that well.

(info about the party make up)

Each PC is a human, and I have eliminated all tier one, and most tier two classes, it is a low magic setting, and the highest level spells in game are 6th.

bard
fighter
monk
ranger
rogue
alchemist
gunslinger
inquisitor
ninja
samurai
soul knife
psychic warrior

Here is an example of the first item I want the party to find.
1) Tormal's Stopwatch

As a swift action this stopwatch can cast the haste spell, targeting only you.
For each round the haste is active, you age one year. The stopwatch can be overloaded, as a full round action you can make it produce a time stop effect, but at the end of the time stop, you age 50 years. It can only do the time stop 1x/day.

Please help me come up with some other cool items!

Just don't give the stopwatch to the elan...

as for items

Vlad's Impaler
This spear is made of a black ashwood that almost seems to absorb light, contrasted by a spearhead of pure silver.

This spear allows the wielder to regain hit points with each strike equal to the amount dealt by the weapon as it drains blood and uses it to fuel the wielder. In exchange for this unholy power, the wielder takes a point of charisma damage each day the weapon is used, the weapon makes the wielder more eerie, pale, and abnormal with its use.

The charisma damage only starts healing when the weapon is no longer used for a full day.

Rage of the Ages

This massive greataxe seems to be a well made weapon, if a bit worse for the wear. Nicks and dents of all sizes cover its metallic head and no amount of sharpening will get rid of them. Yet the weapon seems impervious to damage, gaining no futher nicks or dents no matter what its swung against.

This weapon is a large +5 adamantite greataxe. Even though it is large, it can be wielded in two hands by any medium creature with a strength of 20 or higher without penalty. It uses the statistics for a large greataxe and has the following abilities:

Rage of the Ages: Any time the wielder makes an attack using this weapon against a foe, he automatically gains the benefits of Mighty Rage, as the barbarian class feature. This rage lasts for double the normal duration and cannot be ended prematurely as long as there are available targets, even if they are friendly. The first time the axe forces the wielder to attack a target he doesn't want to attack, the wielder gets a will save DC 29 to break the effect. If successful, he must drop the weapon to snap out of the rage. If wielder fails or doesn't drop the weapon, the rage continues for its full duration and no further saves are given. In this time, the wielder must continue attacking all available targets at any cost. This is an extraordinary ability.

Shielded Body and Mind: While under the effects of Rage of the Ages, the wielder is immune to all mind affecting effects. The wielder is also under the effect of the Freedom of Movement spell. This is a supernatural ability.

Tenacity: While under the effects of Rage of the Ages, the wielder does not fall unconscious and can continue to act normally when his hitpoints drop below zero. This effect sustains the wielder even if he drops to -10 or below. When the rage ends, the wielder suffers the effects of the lowest amount of hitpoints he has reached. So a wielder who has dropped to -20 and continued to fight and was healed to full during the rage still dies at the end of the rage. This is a supernatural ability.

The supernatural abilities of this weapon cannot be suppressed by an Antimagic Field. This weapon stops using all of its abilities and becomes a +1 adamantite greataxe in the hands of a wielder that has ever passed his save against the Rage of the Ages effect.

I've run something similar to this before, and found great inspiration from The SCP Foundation (http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-series). That list has about 1000 interesting ideas you could browse through. The whole thing really falls more in the horror genre and assumes a modern day setting, but there's still loads of workable ideas in there.

Red Eyes of the Dragon
The lenses for these spectacles were crafted from rubies found in the eye sockets of a great wyrm dragon skeleton recovered in a gnomish archaeological dig. While worn, they give a +5 untyped bonus to appraise checks and grant darkvision with a range of 120ft, even if the wearer did not previously possess the ability to see or had lost the ability to see due to either magical or mundane effects.

While equipped, the wearer is immediately placed under the effects of a Mark of Justice (Caster Level 9) with the following rules: she cannot willingly accept less than an even share of the spoils of any venture, and must always seek to increase her share even at the expense of her friends and allies. When the mark is triggered, a new one is immediately applied with the same rules. The curse bestowed will always inflict a -6 decrease to her charisma first, successive curses apply effects at DM discretion. Removing the Eyes immediately ends the Mark of Justice effect, however if the wearer is suffering from a curse of any type the Eyes require a DC 15 strength check to remove and immediately inflict Blindness (Caster Level 9) as per the spell on the former wearer.

Blackened Heart:

This strange, ruby like object is actualy the unliving heart of a now-dead vampire lord. Yet, a strange black fluid still leaks from it. This black substance is horribly necromantic, and direct exposer will turn one into a slave for the currant wielder of the heart. Yet, dispite this obvius evil use, the Heart protects all it detects as it's owners ( Generaly, a person must make a little offering of a peice if hair or skin) from negitive energy, and any attack that hurts the user with such energy is reduced in damage by 10.

Wolf Figurine: A figurine that summons a vicious wolf which obeys the owner's commands, but it will turn on the owner if there are no enemies left for it to fight.

Blackend: This cursed -1 longsword inflicts wounds which are impossible to heal. Its owner cannot willingly put it down or give it away, and whenever he intends to draw a weapon he will draw the sword first.

Franklin's Key - This old and slightly rusty iron key is hung on a length of string and can be work like a necklace. If so worn, the key attracts electrical currents, imposing a -2 to AC and saving throws against electrical attacks. However, the key's electrical attraction properties also works as a protective insulator for the wearer, bestowing the wearer Electrical Resistance 10.

Ironband coat
When activated, this coat increases your density. This gives the effects of stoneskin, Each round, your weight doubles. The longer it is worn, the more ofa hindrance it becomes, slowing the wearer(rising dex penalty) until they can do longer move. As their weight sky rockets, they eventually become so heavy they fall through the earth(with disasterous effects to everything nearby), where the earth's core will destroy the wearer and the coat, ending the effect.
