(PF) PFS Switch Hitter Ranger Feat Help

so I've built a ranger for PFS play, as a result the level cap is 12. Now, according to Treantmonk's guide to Rangers (which I imagine most of you are familiar with) he suggests Improved Critical, Critical Focus, and something like Blinding Critical for levels 7 and up. However, with the level cap for Pathfinder Society Play, it isn't possible to get Improved Critical, Critical Focus, AND and a critical debuff feat: you either haven't got enough BAB (level 7) or you don't have enough feats. (levels 9 and 11).

So basically, I'm looking at Step Up (possibly its following feats as well), Weapon Focus, or Iron Will for levels 7, 9, and 11.

What feats should I get???
Here's my build if it helps:

Human Ranger

DEX 14 (16)
CON 14
INT 12
WIS 14
CHA 8

1 Power Attack
1 Quick Draw
3 Deadly Aim
5 Cleave
7
9
11

Ranger Feats:
2 Rapid Shot
6 Manyshot
10 Imp. Precise Shot

Favored Enemy:
1 Human
5 Evil Outsiders
10 Aberrations?

Favored Terrain:
3 Urban
8 Forest

Equipment:
shortbow, 40 arrows (shortbow due to cost)
longsword (ability to have one hand free, if necessary. dropping your bow IS bad in some situations)
dagger
war razor
Pathfinder Kit (usual adventuring crap)

Also, if anyone has a good suggestion for traits or factions to choose, I am open to ideas.

Step Up is good, so is Lunge, Toughness and Iron Will.
