What do I use to create the most epic cleric?

I want to build the pimp cleric in an undead game, my DM had let me use all the completes and all the cores.
Can you help me?
It's alingment is good lawfull.

Starting level would be helpful as well as the express purpose of the build: melee, caster, skillmonkey, buffer, debuffer, healer...

Undead heavy campaign? Convince your DM to use the Undead Destruction variant turning rules (Complete Divine, page 87.) so turning attempts don't just turn into metamagic ammo.
