Occassionally, the stresses and complications of adventuring sometimes leads heros down a dark path. Some go so far as to marching willingly into death - or bring it about themselves. For whatever reason, not all succeed, and those that don't wish to try again show this in the future. Their brish with death grants them a new resolve on life, and can shrug off things that would hinder those without their insight.
Hit Die: d8.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the deathseeker prestige class
Grave Resolve (Ex): At 1st level, a deathseeker's dark past leaves him fearless. He gains immunity to all fear effects.
Whispers of the Dead (Ex): A deathseeker possesses unique knowledge of death, and his past has left him with the unusual ability to hear those who have passed on. The ability functions as Speak with Dead as cast by a 5th level Cleric, except as follows: It takes only one round to use, The corpse may choose whether or not to respond and automatically succeeds in it's will save should it choose to do so, and the corpse may only have been dead a number of days equal to your deathseeker level. You may use this ability at will, but only once for any corpse. This effect, unlike the spell, is nonmagical in nature.
Death's Hand (Ex): A deathseeker is more capable of ushering others into the underworld than he was before. At 2nd level, a deathseeker gains a +2d10 damage on critical hits, and can coup de grace as a standard action, rather than a full round action.
At 4th level, this damage increases to +4d10.
Mettle (Ex): At 3rd level and higher, a deathseeker can resist magical and unusual attacks with great willpower or fortitude. If he makes a successful Will or Fortitude save against an attack that normally would have a lesser effect on a successful save (such as any spell with a saving throw entry of Willhalf or Fortitude partial), he instead completely negates the effect. An unconscious or sleeping deathseeker does not gain the benefit of mettle.
Blessing of Life or Death (Sp): At 5th level, a deathseeker has embraced both his brush with death, and his resolve for life. Once per day he may use Heal or Harm as a 15th level Cleric. The DC to resist this effect is 16 + his Charisma modifier. He may only use this ability once per day, though he may choose which every time. Unlike the normal version of these spells, this ability may only be used on living creatures.
Rejection of the Void (Ex): A deathseeker of 5th level has recognized that death will come when the gods are ready for him. He becomes immune to death effects.

Notes:
This is more of a flavorful PrC than a wholey practicaly one. Any suggestions would be of course appreciated

Having these abilities (especially the speaking with dead ability) as ex rather than su is balanced but fluff-wise seems strange. What is the intended logic behind that? Balance wise it looks balanced.

There's no skill points per level or HD.

Blessing of Life or Death is definitely a Spell-like, not a Supernatural ability.

Otherwise, yeah, it's definitely flavorful, though I was expecting some relation to Warhammer Dwarves. :smalltongue:
