I remember seeing a book that had "healing fruits"... It's driving me crazy to find it!

I'm trying to adapt something that works just like a holy water but requires no water or at least it's not 100% water.

Complete Arcane has some. They're basically just potions in fruit form.

Goodberry?
To clarify, Goodberry is a 1st level Druid spell from the PHB. It makes a small bunch of berries provide more nourishment and heal a tiny amount of HP.

One of the 3.0 splatbooks that dealt with clerics and paladins, forget the name, had a magic item called Cornucopia of the Needful for followers of Yolanda Yondalla. Each day it produced fruit with various remove affliction and healing effects.

Thanks! Hmmm, it seems that it was only about potions, not about holy water alternatives... My bad!

It seems to me that this is a fluff matter. I don't see any reason you can't just take a vial of holy water and refluff it as a fruit. And it "bursts open, juice splattering on all those in the area" when it's thrown.

That's also in Magic Item Compendium, for what it's worth.
