Help me build batman

Before you all start throwing wizards at my face, please hear me out. I want to make a batman-esque character in the way that I want a mostly mundane character that can use actual items to his advantage. One that outwits his enemies with some cool gadgets rather than just running in and smashing them with his pointy stick. Does anybody have a build like that?

Keen Intellect feat (OA 3.5 --> Dragon 318)
Kung Fu Genius feat
Darkstalker feat
Way of the Scorpion feat (OA Rokugan Campaign Setting pg 57)
Greater Unarmed Strike feat

First two feats suggested to make him less MAD and offer wisdom as a dump stat.

Haberdash (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4760170) Is the closest I think you'll get. Add a level of cloistered cleric to get fun uses of devotion feats, might i suggest travel and trickery.
