My group's recently started a new campaign, under a new DM. (I needed a break, and about half the party got killed and the rest scattered last session.) Our DM has decided to start off with something easier to deal with than making his own world. So he decided on something. An elder scrolls D&D campaign.
The year is 5E 47, and the Thalmor have conquered most of Nirn. Only Hammerfell and Skyrim still hold against the Thalmor, and Skyrim is rapidly falling back after the death of the elderly Dragonborn. But in Bravil, on the tenth of Heartfire, five men and women met for the first time.
It was an execution.
The campaign would mostly end up narrated from my character's point of view. It would be a mostly accurate log of game events, but it would be told more dramatically, like a novel rather than a narration of events or a plot summery. I need the writing practice, and this seems a good way to get it.
So, is anyone interested in seeing this posted? I don't want to do this if no one reads it.
Also, as the game system is 3.P I'm not quite sure if this is the correct forum, but this won't focus too much on the game mechanics so I didn't think the 3.5 subforum was appropriate. If I'm wrong then this should be moved.
