DC Universe Online DLC's

Are those any good? I am considering getting one (there are three right now) to play around with (partly because I want to support their decision to make the core game free-to-play), which one would you recommend and why?

I only have the Lightning Strikes DLC, but the Electricity powerset is pretty fun. No idea about the Green/Yellow Lantern DLC, but I've heard those are fun as well.

Honestly I haven't noticed getting a whole lot from the DLC other than the extra powersets (albeit those are fun), but being upgraded from Free to the Premium is helpful in that it just opens up a lot of (what I would call) important features (Sending items through the Mail, trading with other players at all, etc etc).
