Hello o' mighty playgrounders, I have a quick question.

I'm playing the Radiant Servant of Pelor PrC (from Complete Divine), and was wondering if I can use all those Greater Turns to burn for my DMM Metamagic feat (also from Complete Divine).

Thanks in advance!

My opinion, and I'm pretty sure the intent: No. You are referred back to the Sun Domain power to tell you how the Greater Turnings work, and Sun Domain is very clear that Greater Turning is not an additional Turn Undead attempt, it's just an upgrade on one of your regular turns. So Radiant Servant lets you perform that more powerful turning more often, but for purposes of Divine feats you still have the same number of Turn Undead uses.

There may be a way to use Greater Turning to get more TUs, though. If you can turn something other than undead, such as plants or hippos, you can convert those into Greater Turning, which then acts as TU. Might want to clear that with your DM, though.
