Okay first ello all. this is my first post and its been driving me crazy trying to make this thing. I was hoping, that is if anyone knows anything about One Piece, that some could help me make this anime.

Here is what I have so far.
- its med. size that can carry a med. size char.
- kinda like a magical beast because how smart it seems. {not really sold on that idea tho}
- It has at least 40 ft land speed.
- it can't fly.

now as for how stats should do, this where I really need help. Can anyone help me out?

Here, it's rough but I modified an ostrich stat block I found in the WotC forums... someone more experienced might be able to polish it up :)

Combat
Spot-Billed Ducks avoid combat if possible. If forced into melee, they use their talons and bite at their enemy

Special: This creature gains Run as a bonus feat.

Civilized: Alabastan Spot-Billed Ducks are accustomed to wearing clothing in style with fashion in the kingdom of Alabasta, as such the armor check penalty for any barding they wear is reduced by 1.

"Propulsion not Manipulation" (Ex): Alabastan Spot-Billed Ducks count as quadrupeds for the purpose of carrying capacity. This is primarily due to centuries of being bred as mounts which has made their legs and bone structure especially sturdy.

Explanation
I somewhat used a pony as a baseline as well. Plus the One Piece wiki says that they can run faster than leopards, which have 40 spd in D&D, 50 seems reasonable, makes them comparable to horses and wolves. I gave them some natural armor as they do have thick feathers. Also most of the Ducks seem comfortable in armor and clothing so I gave them a small benefits which lets them wear barding a bit more easily. Hope you like it.

P.S: I realised this seems a bit weak for a pack animal so I added the "Propulsion not Manipulation" special quality.
