What should the LA be for Dicefreaks undead?

The Dicefreaks undead templates are pretty cool, but don't come with Level Adjustments. So I'm wondering what the Playground would suggest for them at each level?

I've seen one thread on Dicefreaks where someone suggested (at least for the vampire) the base rank should be the standard LA, increasing by 1/rank after that. Do you think that sounds reasonable, with the top three ranks (top two for Death Knight) needing an ECL of 21+ to achieve since they give X/Epic damage reduction?

That is how my table handles it.

EDIT: It should be noted that we cannot think of how Dicefreak came up with the "Risen" Template and cannot find a base for it so we use the "Mummified Creature" Template as a base making it +3 +1 per rank.

We subtract 1 from the template and add one more per rank (Starting at first rank. Example a Neonate Lich would have a LA of +4)

My Table has actually had some seriously long term discussions about what allows a character to qualify for what and when, For example does an Epic Paladin who completely betrayed his Order, Nation and everyone he's ever known and loved qualify for Death Lord Status? Does a Mummified Demigod count for Deified Dead? and how the hell does anything Qualify as an Eidolon?
