The title pretty much says it all...

I'm building a crafter, and pretty much done building him, but I'm stuck on the Skill list, especially where Craft is concerned. Some items, like Poison for instance, require a Craft: Poison Making check in order for me to create them, which, as if they didn't have enough craft options in core, isn't in the original list of:
alchemy
armorsmithing
basketweaving
bookbinding
bowmaking
blacksmithing
calligraphy
carpentry
cobbling
gemcutting
leatherworking
locksmithing
painting
pottery
sculpting
shipmaking
stonemasonry
trapmaking
weaponsmithing
weaving

which has got me a little worried that I'm missing some skills that I may want halfway through a level. Did D&D produce a complete list of all skills and their synergy bonuses?

There's not that many extra skills, as far as I know, even if you count expanded types of the category skills (knowledge, craft, profession, etc.). Off the top of my head I can think of Autohypnosis, Psicraft, Use Psionic Device, and Knowledge: Psionics (Expanded Psionics Handbook), Iaijutsu Focus (Oriental Adventures?), Truenaming (Tome of Magic), Perform: Weapon Drill (Complete Warrior), Martial Lore (Tome of Battle), the already mentioned Craft: Poison, and Handle: Humanoid (web enhancement (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fools/20030401c)).

More difficult would be cataloging all the expanded uses of existing skills, I think.

Also: Autohypnosis (Expanded Psionics Handbook)

Ok... so basically that added some skills for Psions and Truenamers. That's no biggie, since I'm playing an Artificer. Thanks for the help!

I guess my sub-question then is:
What are all the official Crafting skills?

I don't think Martial Lore from ToB was mentioned yet.

Lucid Dreaming - Manual of the Planes. 3.0, but still "legal" for 3.5 games.

This thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=190499) mentions most of the expanded Profession (X) skills.
