Forum Appearance Shift

Last night, my computer had a bit of a situation and while it appears to run fine now, the forum now looks, well, like this.

Functionality is as yet unchanged
All other sites seem to run fine now with the exception of a clock site. (http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/usa/pacific-time/) The time doesn't show up.
In case it matters, my computer is 2.53 GHz Intel Celeron, 1 GB RAM, Windows XP Professional Version 2002, just reading from my System Properties with a partitioned drive.

Happens to me when the site isn't loading up properly and my internet is failing. Doesn't last long for me though.

If you continue to have the problem - that is, it's not a temp issue like what Castaras describes - try doing the usual "cleanup" tasks with your browser, and dump cache.

Thanks, I'll try that. It's been several restarts, something tells me this ain't temporary.
