Glorifying or Discussing Banned Posters Question

I noticed one of the users who gave permission to appear in my comic has been banned. Would it constitute Glorifying or Discussing Banned Posters if he still apppears?

Sheriff: Probably yes. It's hard to see how he could appear in a manner that wouldn't be considered discussing him. If the character is integral to the comic, it might be better moved elsewhere. And if he isn't, it might be better to write him out of it. I'm reluctant to tell anyone what should or shouldn't be in their art, but I suppose it's in the nature of the job to tell people what art should be here and what shouldn't.

A comic about a banned poster raises all the same issues as a discussion about one, especially since discussion may well result from the comic.
