I'm curious as to whether or not a Death Ward effect would counter the paralyzing touch power of a lich?
I think it does based on the fact that Death Ward negates all of the negative energy damage of a lich's touch attack, and extrapolating from the DR rules negating all damage from an attack also negates any rider effects it has, such as poison, or in this case paralysis.
