Quasi/Para-elementals

I am currently searching for 3.5 conversions for these denizens of the planes between the Inner Planes. But thus far I've only been able to find one for the Dust Quasi-Elementals as of yet. Any idea where I might find the others?

Manual of the Planes has para-elementals. The 3.5 update Booklet (www.wizards.com/dnd/files/DnD35_update_booklet.zip) has updated information for them.

I don't remember any quasi-elementals. There are doubtless homebrew for them though.

There's information in 3.5 for pseudo-elementals, elementite swarms, and all sorts of templates for elemental creatures though.

So it does, I had had so much trouble finding Quasi-Elementals that I just assumed Para-Elementals had suffered the same fate. Thanks.
