d20 modern spell in 3.5

I was wondering, in a world with 9th level casters and the like, what level and for which casters the synchronicity (http://www.d20resources.com/arcana.d20.srd/spells/synchonicity.php) spell would be?

I'd say level 5, same as the original spell.

What would you want to use it for? Sure +4 against AoO is okay, but when would you be putting your wizard into a situation where you would ever need this?

edit: I suppose it could be of use in an urban campaign where you race carts willy-nilly through the streets...but still, when are you ever going to use it, let alone think to prepare it?

Running through crowds, getting served at (taverns), a (carriage) showing up six seconds after stepping to the curb. It a flashy and coolness based spell, one I intend to use with a few villains.

Hmmmm, I hadn't thought about it as a means for a villain to escape the party in a crowded tavern. I like it!
