Assume a 9th-level telepath with Psionic Mediation, Quicken Power and schism. What are some good 3 or less pp costing powers to combine with Quicken Power and/or schism?

With practiced manifester, your Schism should be able to handle PP 7.

Ego Whip makes a good 3 PP power and it augments to 7 perfectly.
