Scrolls

Hey, guys. I've recently become fascinated by the Scribe Scroll feat. I was wondering if there is anything out there that will either reduce scribing costs, scribing time, allow you to consume scrolls for bonuses, or anything else that would make scribing more efficient or usable. I can use any sourcebook and Dragon Magazine. If you know of anything useful, please let me know.

There is a series of feats for artificers in Eberron that reduce the cost and time of crafting magic items by 25%, including scrolls. Other than that I can't think of anything pre-epic that would help you.

They can make scrolls more cheaply, apply metamagic feats to scrolls, and activate a scroll multiple times before it's used up.
